Ways To 'See' and 'Feel' Your Eternal Energy...

Who remembers 'Star Wars?' ...The saying that followed for a generation was 'May the force be with you!'

Now, in 2011, modern science is starting to overlap into spirituality and recognize that there is indeed a 'force' or energy that flows through, underpins and that is, the universe. Not just this physical dimension...but all dimensions. Science now accepts that that energy is influenced by thoughts (consciousness) and expectations of the observer. In short, the scientists get the results they expect to see!

As we are all consciousness, all connected to the universe, in effect...all is one... we CAN influence out lives.

This post is to help you 'see' and 'feel' the energy of consciousness (or at least one level of it).

So..here we go!

First, find a darkish background and a shaded room. Rub you hands together vigorously. Next, as per the picture, put your fingertips together, and slowly move them apart, whilst looking at the wall of darkish background behind. Try not to focus on your fingers, but on the background. You should be able to see a greyish-white 'mist' between your fingers. Some see 'waves' of energy or light..the important thing is, practice rubbing your hands together and trying to see the 'flow'... once you do..you'll be able to accept the idea that you are energy, in the form of consciousness, much more easily.


Here's another little way I teach people how to 'feel' their energy.
As before, rub your hands together vigorously. Where you do it this time doesn't matter, as we're trying to 'feel' rather than 'see' the flow. (But you can try to see it if you feel you want to).
As in the picture, place your writing hand at 90 degrees to your non-writing hand. Now...focus on your non-writing hand and slowly move your writing hand up and down. Try different distances, but you should feel the flow as a 'tingle' or 'coldness' as the fingertips pass down the non-writing hand.

Good luck with the little exercises... I hope they work for you...and that you can both 'see' and 'feel' the energy you possess, and energy and flow that we ALL possess and use daily...most of us without knowing it!

Out of Body..But I Don't Mind...

The other day I was a passenger on a bus. Not very interesting in itself, but with my habit of 'people watching and listening' it proved a very informative day.

Listening to a couple of elderly people complaining about rising prices and having a 'competition' to see whose state of health was worst!

Listening to a group of young mums all battling to say there child was the brightest, the smartest, the most athletic and the most likely to do well in life.

Listening to a group of older teenagers saying how they couldn't find work..how they'd tried but given up in the hope that they could get free government handouts and training.

And finally, the bus driver, saying how he wished he could win the lottery so he could live the life of his dreams.

So many sad and despondent people, so many people in competition with one another, people with no hope or future that they could see.

And I asked myself the question...is this the way society (and millions of people) across the globe see the world?? ..Could this be one of the reasons behind the recent uprisings in the middle east?... Or the riots in the UK?

Inspiration, hope, love and a helping hand are so urgently needed at this time. Maybe a realization of who and what they are would help..so this post and the ones that follow are dedicated to all those people...

I would like you to read this, then close your eyes and try it out... not once or twice, but everyday. It will remind you of who you REALLY are, WHERE you are and help you find WHY you are here, now, at this time.

Sit or lay down, take a few deep, controlled breaths and close your eyes. Continue to focus on your breathing, slowly, but deeply in and out. As you focus on your breathing, sounds around you will fade into the distance as you become focused only on your breathing.

Feel yourself becoming very light, light as a feather, gently floating..allow yourself to rise...gently and slowly.

What will happen?

Your first step to an out of body experience. Some people do it first time, others a little longer. It varies depending on how relaxed you are and how powerful your visualizations become.

You may hear sounds (like the wind, music or voices).. these are natural, so don't worry. You're simply moving to another energy level, slightly higher than this physical plane ( some would say the astral plane).

Practice this technique and you can have some wonderful experiences..and always keep in mind.. YOU are in control.. I'll explain more in my next post.

In Your Mind's Eye..

There's a saying that goes,  "Only a blind man can see the truth."

So what truth do you see in your minds eye? Do you see negativity, problems, anger, loathing, envy, jealousy? Or do you see Love, forgiveness, compassion, joy, friendship or oneness?

What we think (or see in our thoughts) reflects into our consciousness to become our reality. If we constantly have negative thoughts, we'll lead a predominantly negative life. If we see positive ones...you guessed it..a happier more positive life.

Now, lets look at those negative thoughts you've been having.

Now, it's a strange question I know, but those thoughts are usually related to people or events in your life 'caused' by people. So, will these thoughts you have, that you feel so strongly about, matter to anyone, anywhere in 100 years time? Will history record them? Unless it affects the whole world (Like 9/11)...I don't think so..

Those thoughts matter to you now, you go over them, brood on them, swearing to get even or get one up on someone...I've news for you..Don't bother! If you give someone or something your attention, you give it meaning and reality in your life. I'm sure you don't want negativity in your life..so don't give negativity the chance to become your reality.

The secret is to watch your thoughts..'step back' from yourself occasionally and say "Is this the way I want to be?".....

If you catch yourself with anything negative, replace it with a positive. As long as you can live a 51% positive thought life (but preferably more!) ..you'll be going to where you want to go. Your thoughts are your prelude to your reality, watching them well is one way to improving your life....
